Copyright and IP rights will depend on the project but IP release can be included in the price on request. However all IP rights for brand creation are released to you on full payment.

I work with a platform called Showit that allows complete creative freedom and hosting. Their support team are amazingly responsive and it is extremely user-friendly. SEO is intergrated and simple to update page by page. I am also fluent in elementor within Wordpress but find that showit is the easier of the two to pass onto clients for maintenance. I offer video tutorials to refer back to for each so that you can update with ease.
